If you have ever suffered from migraines as I have, you know exactly how debilitating they are - the nausea, dizziness, the sensitivity to light and noise, the aura.

It's awful.

Migraines are caused by underlying issues such as stress, hormonal imbalances, emotional issues, neck tension, poor posture, among many others.

A migraine is a message to you telling you something else is wrong. And, frankly, the message would be more helpful if it was delivered by a beautiful white dove carrying a box of chocolates with a note tucked inside.

Although that chocolate may trigger its own migraine!
