What if I receive a broken or incorrect crystal, or my order is incorrect?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Can I return a crystal kit if I change my mind?

Yes! We accept returns within 30 days as long as the crystals are not altered or damaged in any way and are returned in their original packaging.

What is the return policy?

Items in original condition, in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Sale items that are marked as "final sale" are not eligible to return unless damaged.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How do I request a refund or return?

  • If eligible, we'll provide a return shipping address.

  • Send the item back within 7 days of return approval.

  • Once received, we'll inspect and process your refund/replacement within 5 - 7 business days.
